I. WHAT IS THE AVAILABILITY STATUS OF ITEMS ON THE SITE?

All items for sale on the Eirlistore.com e-boutique are available. If you wish to order a significant number of a particular item, please contact our Customer Service by email.

II. HOW ACCURATE IS COLOR DISPLAY ON THE INTERNET?

Each product is photographing with precise attention to detail, and the colors shown should accurately depict each product. However, it is possible that colors may vary slightly from one screen to another due to monitor display settings.

IV. HOW DO I CHANGE INFORMATION ON MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACE?

We apologize, after an order is placed, no changes can be made to the order.

V. I JUST FINALIZED MY ORDER, BUT I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ORDER SUMMARY? 

You may experience a few minutes delay after you have placed your order and before you receive the order summary. You should also check your "Spam" inbox, as the message may have delivered is, depending on your email settings. If you still have not received an email, please contact Customer Service. They will verify that the order has successfully placed and will correct your email address if necessary.

VI. SOME ITEMS ARE MISSING FROM MY ORDER, WHAT'S GOING ON?

For security reasons, our products often shipped separately, depending on your order. Don't worry, you will receive them every few days.

VII. MY PACKAGE IS STUCK AND TRACKING SHOWS NO MOVEMENT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Packages can only be considered lost if there has been no movement for 7 - 14 business days from the day it was shipped. Please send email to info@eirlistore.com if your shipment shows no movement from the carrier's tracking information.

VIII. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed, all sales are FINAL.

XII. HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

We aim to ship fast all orders between the date of your order and your date of delivery. Allow for a delay 7-15 business days (Monday - Friday). Business days do not include weekends, public, and federal holidays.

However, you should never consider the transmission of data by Internet to be 100% secure. Any information that you make available online can potentially be recuperated and used by third parties.

 

XV. CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, within thirty (30) days from the delivery date. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

XVI. MY ITEMS ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT SHOULD I DO? 

In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. Customers must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email.

XVII. I RECEIVED INCORRECT ITEM/S WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please contact info@eirlistore.com within 48 hours of receiving the order so that we can address this issue. Please provide us with your order number along with a photo of the incorrect item you received.

XVIII. DO I GET MY MONEY-BACK?

We do issue refunds after we receive your returned item in our warehouse. Once processed and inspected, we send you a confirmation email, and a refund is issued within 3 to 4 days depending on your banking institution. If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted. If, after following all of these steps, you still have not received your refund, please Contact us.
