To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, within thirty (30) days from the delivery date. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. Customers must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email.

XVIII. DO I GET MY MONEY-BACK?

We do issue refunds after we receive your returned item in our warehouse. Once processed and inspected, we send you a confirmation email, and a refund is issued within 3 to 4 days depending on your banking institution. If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted. If, after following all of these steps, you still have not received your refund, please Contact us.

    Shipping Policy / Delivery

     I. SHIPPING COSTS?

    If the mention "FREE SHIPPING" appears in the "shopping cart", the amount of the costs is at the charge of the seller, so take advantage of the Free Shipping for all your orders.

    Otherwise, the shipping cost is notified in the "shopping cart". Shipping fees depend on the shipping method chosen and the weight of the package. They include handling, packing transport costs.

    II. HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

    We aim to ship fast all orders between the date of your order and your date of delivery. The order is processed within 24 to 72 hours of payment receipt (excluding Saturday, Sundays holidays).

    The delay can be extended by 24 hours in exceptional circumstances. Because orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays, an order placed on Friday will be processed on Monday. Please allow 7 to 15 business days for your order to arrive.

    We apologize for the delay but due to COVID-19, the current traffic may be slowing down. Sometimes international shipping can take longer than expected due to customs clearance. Therefore, you can Track My Order at any time.

    PLEASE KEEP IN MIND:

    The Salesman could not be held liable for incorrectly worded delivery or invoicing addresses, which were seized by the Purchaser at the time of recording.

    If an address is found to be false or incomplete, the seller's delivery company will return the package. The buyer will be offered a new shipment (after the address has been corrected) at his expense. If the buyer refuses a new shipment, a refund will be issued, less the delivery charges.

    If the package appears to have been "DELIVERED," there is no way to dispute the delivery itself, as evidenced by the computer system (flashing) of the seller's delivery company.

    If the Buyer discovers an anomaly in the package (open or damaged package), he or she must not open it and must contact customer service within five (5) days. The opening of the parcel precludes any recourse to our computerized delivery services. The Buyer must report the problem via email using The Contact Form.

    If the Buyer notices an anomaly in the package's contents (missing product, damaged product, etc.) the Buyer or the recipient of the ordered products must report this anomaly in writing. Any reservations regarding the delivery of a product must be brought to our attention within five (5) days by mail, fax, or registered mail. In all cases, possible delays in package delivery do not entitle the buyer to seek compensation.

    When the ordered products arrive, the Buyer must inspect them for conformity. Any delivery anomaly (missing or broken product, damaged parcel, etc.) must be reported by the Purchaser via e-mail to customer service or by phone as soon as possible, that is within five (5) days.

    Any claim filed after 30 days will be rejected by the seller. In the event of a major force, the seller is released from his obligation to deliver (war, riot, fire, strikes.)

    VII. PRODUCT RETURNS - REFUNDS EXCHANGES:

    The Buyer must return the delivered products in accordance with the instructions below. The products must be returned in their original condition (complete packaging, accessories, instructions), accompanied by a letter signed by the Buyer stating the reason(s) for the return.

    The products must not be removed from their packaging for hygiene reasons. In the event of suspected noncompliance with this clause, we will refuse any exchange or refund.

    We accept returns within thirty days of receiving your order. Except in the case of proven non-conformity of the order or products, the Buyer bears the cost of returning the package. Please follow the steps below to return a product:

    1. Return the product(s) in the original packaging or packaging that adequately protects the product.

    2. Please include a copy of the invoice or delivery note.

    3. Send the package to the customer service address via registered mail with a return receipt. (with whom you can get in touch here).

    If the return conditions are met, we will proceed with the purchase refund within 30 days.

    The refund will be made in the buyer's name (as it appears in the billing address) only, using the same method of payment as at the time of purchase.

    If the above return conditions are not met, the package will be held at the buyer's disposal for one year before being returned to him at his request and expense.

    We do not accept packages with unpaid postage. Any risk associated with the product's return is the Buyer's responsibility.

      Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of products cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products for intimate or sanitary use, dangerous products or flammable gases or liquids.

      Other items that cannot be returned:

      * Gift cards

      * Downloadable software

      * Certain health and personal care products

      To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only a partial refund is given: (if applicable)

      * Books with obvious signs of use.

      * CD, DVD, VHS cassette, software, video game, tape, or vinyl disc that has been opened.

      * Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has certain parts missing for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.

      * Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.


      Refunds (if applicable)

      Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your claim. If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a number of days.


      Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

      If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

      Sale items (if applicable)

      Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.

      Exchanges (if applicable)

      We replace an item only if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an e-mail to Info@Eirlistore.com.

      Gifts

      If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal in value to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift-giver preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift-giver and they will know that you have returned the item.

      Shipping
